This is great. Thank you. Such an important distinction, it is okay to desire new experiences but it is attachment to the outcome that causes the problems. As a reformed control freak this is something I have to work at every day!! I couldn't seem to distinguish between acceptance and resignation. That separation only appears to exist in the absolute present moment and yet our desire for a new experience is outside of that moment, otherwise we would be like goldfish with an 8 second memory.... and so I go round in circles ha ha. Hmmm, thinking of moving to a glass bowl now
